About Me
Howdy!
I live by 3 F’s – Faith, Family, Fitness; priority comes in that order. I live an active lifestyle and even make fitness my personality, but I will always put Jesus first in my life, and there isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for my family.
I’ve been an athlete since I was born. My first word was, “ball.” I played football, basketball, and baseball when I was younger, but stopped playing sports when I went off to college. I felt lost, so I decided to hit the gym more, and fell in love with lifting weights. After a couple years I started seeing huge results in my strength and physique and wanted even more. That led me to do more research and study strength training in greater detail. Anatomy, physiology, biomechanics - I wanted to know it all. And that’s when I realized God gave me a gift and I felt my calling to help others with my knowledge and experience with how the body functions and moves.
I could keep telling you about myself and my Exercise Science degree, minors, certifications, and knowledge in kinesiology, but I’m sure you don’t care. You’re reading this because you want to know what I can do for you and if I can get you results.
I've served numerous clients helping them achieve a wide range of goals from losing over 80 lbs, to gaining 35 lbs of muscle, rehabbing countless injuries, or even prepping them for strength competitions. I also rehabbed myself after tearing the patellar tendon in both of my knees at the same time, but that’s a story for another time.
There is limitless exercise and nutrition advice out there. Unfortunately most mainstream fitness content is complete garbage and wrong. My mission is to not only make you the strongest, healthiest, and best version of yourself, but also share my knowledge and teach you along the way, so eventually you won't need me.

Real Talk
This Is A No Excuse Zone
If we’re going to work together, we need to address what’s holding you back from the results you deserve. Let’s get real about why you haven't committed yet:
1
I Don't Have The Time
I've heard this countless times and even said it myself. The truth is, we make time for the things that matter to us in life. If you don't have time to work out, it is because your health is not a priority. You are fine with being fat, having no muscle or strength, and/or being in constant pain, and that is your choice. But if you finally want to make a change, then let's MAKE the time.
2
I Don't Have The Money
We spend money on things we value like food, shelter, and transportation which are basic needs in our lives. However, being healthy is not high on that list of needs to most people, but what happens when you get sick or injured? You can't function normally, and all you want at that moment is to have a strong and healthy body. We take our health for granted until it's lost. INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH.

My Past Coaches Didn't Work Out
I've hired coaches, trainers, and doctors in the past that did nothing but waste my time and money. I understand that you're hesitant. Not to be cliché, but I'm not like other coaches. I don't follow the new fitness trends. I make them. Haha not really, but I don't waste time with the flashy stuff you see scrolling instagram, youtube, or TikTok. I keep things stupid simple because that's what actually works.

Why Can't I Train Myself?
If you could get results alone, you would've by now. Sometimes you gotta set your pride aside and be honest with yourself. You're here for a reason, so you're already heading in the right direction. You will get the results you crave faster than if you continue doing this alone.
